Payment
All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and we'll accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Amex, Diners and Visa.

Delivery Policy
- We offer a reliable and affordable delivery service to all areas within mainland Australia and Tasmania. If you're unsure about delivery to your area, please contact us at targetonlineshopping@target.com.au or call 1300 753 567 between 8.30am and 10pm Monday to Friday, or 10am and 5pm Saturday and Sunday AEST.
- We will accept a street address and a PO Box for all standard parcels. Unfortunately, for big and bulky parcels we can only accept a street address. We do not deliver to an international address.
- All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse in Victoria and are delivered by Australia Post.
Delivery charges
There will be a standard flat rate fee per delivery and re-delivery:

*Big and bulky parcel are anything over 105cm long and /or have a width of over 140cm. If three or more big and bulky items are purchased the delivery fee will be a total of $80.00 including GST.
Delivery times
Australia Post will deliver to your nominated address between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Customer orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within one to two business days. Delivery lead time will vary depending on your location. Please use the below table as a general guide:

Order tracking
If you have an account with us, you'll be able to track your order online via the Australia Post website.
Once your order has been sent from our Melbourne warehouse, we'll send you a confirmation email which will include a 'Consignment ID number'. You will be able to track your order online by clicking on the link included in the email, or by entering the 'Conisignment ID number' online at http://auspost.com.au/track.
Delivery acceptance
All parcels received require a signature upon delivery. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel then the delivery driver will leave a card and the parcel will be returned to the nearest Australia Post office for you to collect.
Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.

iPad – Order Online + Collect In Store
To secure your iPad, you can order and pay online and then collect in store. *

How do I order an iPad online?
- Add the iPad to your basket and then head to the 'Checkout'.

At the checkout, you'll be given three shopping options:
- Returning Online Customer
- New Account
- Guest
- Choose an option that suits you, then follow the prompts to finalise your order.
Can I have my iPad delivered directly to my address?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver iPads to a Target or Target Country store address and not to your home. After your order has been placed, you'll receive a call from our Online Support Team to nominate and confirm the store where you'd like to arrange collection.
How will I know when the iPad is available to pick up in store?
You'll receive a phone call from us when your iPad is available for collection.
How do I collect my order from the store?
You are required to provide Photo ID before collection is allowed. This also applies if you have authorised someone else to pick up your order, they must provide their photo ID and written authorisation from you before collection will be allowed.
Is there a limit on how many iPads I can order?
You cannot order more than one iPad per item code on an individual order.
Can I Lay-by an iPad online?
Currently, you are unable to Lay-by an iPad online.
Can I check stock availability online?
This information is not available online however you can call our Online Support Team on 1300 753 567 for assistance.
Is there a cost to send this item to the store?
Our Target Online parcels all have delivery charges. These prices are as follows (Australia wide):
- Small, medium or large parcel AU$9.00 (incl. GST)

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been sent from our Melbourne warehouse, we'll send you a confirmation email which will include a consignment number. You will be able to track your order online at Australia Post. This will allow you to track the parcel to the store.
