Payment + Delivery
From our hands to yours
All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD). You can pay for your order via PayPal and we also accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Amex, Diners and Visa.

- We offer a reliable and affordable delivery service to all areas within mainland Australia and Tasmania. If you're unsure about delivery to your area, please contact us at email@example.com or call 1300 753 567 Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 8.30pm AEST and Saturday 10am - 3pm AEST.
- For Home Delivery orders we will accept a street address and a PO Box for all standard parcels. Unfortunately, for big and bulky parcels we can only accept a street address. We do not deliver to an international address.
- All orders for home delivery and Click + Collect are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse in Victoria and are delivered by Australia Post.
- For Click + Collect orders, the store will contact you via email or SMS when your order is ready to be picked up. You can collect your online lay-by from the lay-by department or customer service counter at your selected store and you must produce a copy of your order confirmation email to collect your order.
- Collection of your Click + Collect order is required within 7 days of receiving notification that your order has arrived in store.
There will be a standard flat rate fee per delivery and re-delivery:

*Big and bulky parcel are anything over 105cm long and /or have a width of over 140cm. If three or more big and bulky items are purchased the delivery fee will be a total of $98.00 including GST.
For home delivery orders, Australia Post will deliver to your nominated address between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
For Click + Collect orders, they will be delivered to your nominated store, and upon receiving notification that your order is ready to be picked up, it can be collected during store trading hours.
All orders (including Click + Collect) will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within one to two business days. Delivery lead time will vary depending on your location. Please use the below table as a general guide:

If you have an account with us, you'll be able to track your order online via the Australia Post website.
Once your order has been sent from our Melbourne warehouse, we'll send you a confirmation email which will include a 'Consignment ID number'. You will be able to track your order online by clicking on the link included in the email, or by entering the 'Conisignment ID number' online at http://auspost.com.au/track.
All home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel then the delivery driver will leave a card and the parcel will be returned to the nearest Australia Post office for you to collect.
Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.
Collection of your Click + Collect order is required within 7 days of receiving notification that your order has arrived in store.
If you have not received your parcel or pickup notification from your store within ten working days of ordering or your parcel has arrived damaged, please drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1300 753 567 Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 8.30pm AEST and Saturday 10am - 3pm AEST.
